Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our television repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

Fire Fox Technologies provides professional television repair services including but not limited to:

• Screen repair and replacement
• Power supply diagnostics and repair
• Audio system troubleshooting and repair
• HDMI port repair and replacement
• Smart TV software troubleshooting
• Backlight repair and LED strip replacement
• Emergency repair services

Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing

• All diagnostic evaluations are provided free of charge
• Written estimates are provided before any repair work begins
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Emergency service fees apply for same-day and after-hours service
• All prices include labor and standard parts unless otherwise noted

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks
• Financing options may be available for repairs over $200
• A service charge may apply for returned checks
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the TV problem
• Ensure TV is accessible for pickup or delivery
• Back up any important data or settings before service
• Provide proof of ownership if requested
• Be present during scheduled appointments

Warranty Terms

Standard Warranty

All repairs are covered by our 90-day warranty which includes:

• Parts warranty covering all replacement components
• Labor warranty covering all work performed
• Free re-diagnosis if the same problem returns
• No charge for warranty repairs

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by customer negligence
• Problems unrelated to the original repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or electrical issues
• Modifications made by other parties
• Misuse or abuse of the television

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us within the warranty period
• Provide your original service receipt
• Allow us to examine the television
• Do not attempt repairs elsewhere during warranty period

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for data loss during repair
• Some repairs may not be economically viable
• Parts availability may affect repair timeline
• Some older models may be deemed unrepairable

Liability Caps

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed:

• The amount paid for the repair service, or
• The fair market value of the television, whichever is less
• We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for loss of use or enjoyment

Property Rights and Abandoned Items

Unclaimed Property

Televisions not claimed within 90 days of completion notice:

• May be considered abandoned property
• May be sold to recover storage and repair costs
• Customer remains responsible for all charges
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact customer

Storage Fees

• No storage fees for first 30 days after completion
• $5 per day storage fee applies after 30 days
• Storage fees continue until TV is claimed or disposed

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

• Customers may cancel service before work begins
• No charge for cancellation during diagnostic phase
• Parts ordered specifically for your repair are non-refundable
• Work already performed will be charged

Service Cancellation by Fire Fox Technologies

We reserve the right to cancel service if:

• Repair is not economically viable
• Required parts are no longer available
• Safety concerns prevent safe repair
• Customer fails to pay for previous services

Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer information is handled per our Privacy Policy
• We do not access personal content on Smart TVs
• Customer data may be deleted during repair process
• We recommend backing up settings before service

Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution

• Contact us directly to resolve any concerns
• We will work in good faith to address issues
• Written complaints will receive written responses

Mediation and Arbitration

• Disputes may be subject to mediation
• Arbitration may be required for larger claims
• Wyoming state law governs all agreements
• Venue for legal proceedings is Wyoming courts

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:

• Changes will be posted on our website
• Customers will be notified of material changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Previous service agreements remain unaffected

Emergency Service Terms

Emergency Fees

• Same-day service: Additional $75 fee
• After-hours service: Additional $125 fee
• Critical emergency: Additional $200 fee
• Emergency fees are non-refundable

Emergency Service Availability

• Subject to technician availability
• Weather conditions may affect service
• Parts availability may limit same-day completion
• Emergency rates apply to entire service call

Professional Standards

• All work performed by certified technicians
• We maintain professional liability insurance
• All parts meet or exceed OEM specifications
• Work performed follows industry best practices
